People permitted to file support requests will need to be registered with us to make sure all inquiries are valid. Support tickets must be opened via email or the support website. The decision to use phone support and screen sharing is left to our discretion. Included hours do not roll over, unused time expires at the end of a billing cycle. All times given in business hours. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 CE(S)T, excluding German public holidays. The Small, Medium and Pro plans renew monthly, the period of notice is one business day.
