Our Lifeguard service comes with a simple pricing scheme:

- 16 hours response time
- unlimited tickets
- screen sharing & phone support
- pay as you go
- billed in 15-minute increments, minimum charge 30 minutes
People permitted to file support requests will need to be registered with us to make sure all inquiries are valid. Support tickets must be opened via email or the support website. The decision to use phone support and screen sharing is left to our discretion. All times given in business hours. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 CE(S)T, excluding German public holidays. See our Terms and Conditions page for details.
